This is a project that I worked on last month with a great customer of mine. The house was built in 1916 in Fullerton and was purchased and remodeled to be put up for sale. It is a really cute house that had a very old remodel done to it. The house just needed a little paint and some updates to bring it back to life. This was a very fun project for me!
I hope you like it!
Family room before. The floors were beautiful - we had them refinished and they look even better.
The dining room before - a little too red for me.
This is the kitchen- WOW- beneath the linoleum was original douglas fir which was also sanded and finished and looks great!
The cabinet layout was a little off because of the original stove size and position- this space needed to be reworked.
The main bathroom - the only shower!
With a bad 80's remodel....
The Back bathroom
Front bathroom- a little tight in here (3 inches for your legs that is enough right?)
Remodel time...
The new living room look's so clean and the floors look amazing!
The new kitchen - does this even look like the same room?
We refaced the cabinets and the contractor reworked the corner what a major difference. Also, the floors look wonderful (who would hide this with linoleum?)
The dining room with fresh coat of paint.
The main bathroom with a new layout that maximizes the space and all new flooring and wall tile. I love this room now!
The back bathroom all cleaned up with new sink, paint and fixtures.
The front bath with the sink moved into the adjoining closet and the old bath made into just the toilet room.
I was so excited to see how this all turned out. What do you think? Better?
