Holiday Gift Guide {For the Home}

In years’ past, I’ve sometimes struggled at the last minute (haaate that!) with selecting a perfect gift for someone, so this year I’ve put together a little Holiday Gift Guide series early so you and I don’t suffer the same fate.  I tried to find items that I know I’d love to receive and that were reasonably priced.  Today, I’ll be featuring gifts for the home, and later on, I’ll be sharing my gift guide for the fashionista; the paper lover; and for him.  I may need to do a round 2 of the ‘For the Home’ since I’m seeing so many great things lately.

Monogrammed Acryllic Tray {$15}

I first saw this tray here and immediately bookmarked it.  Can you believe the price?  Monogrammed anything makes a good gift in my opinion.

Pillows by Plush Studio {$20 & $28}

It is me or are beautiful pillows in cool fabrics all the rage these days?

Jonathan Adler Geek Key Throw {$49.95}

JA + black and white + Greek key = Fabulous

Z Gallerie Suzani Collection {$9.95 to $99.95}

If your recipient loves objects d’art, I think they would like these.

West Elm Curved Baskets {$29-$54}

How can you go wrong with a basket?  And these are functional and unique looking with their curves.

West Elm Nature Entertaining Set {$29}

These are really fun and I love the rectangular shape.  Perfect for serving food or for holding jewelry.

Zhush Shop’s Herringbone Photo Frames {$30}

Say what you will about a frame not being an imaginative gift, but these are seriously awesome.  In fact, they are currently backordered, but will be available in the first week of December.

Pier One Gold Bowl {$29.95}

A decorative bowl can be used in so many ways- in the kitchen to hold fruit, in the living room for remote controls, or on a bookshelf simply looking pretty.

Restoration Hardware Plush Throws {$29}

I have three of these and have given them as gifts too.  They are small 45" x 65", the perfect size for snuggling on the sofa.  And $29 is the best price I’ve seen, I think they are normally $49.

Crate & Barrel Christmas Ornaments {Starting at $2.95}

Christmas ornaments are a great gift because you can find one that suits the recipient's personality for a very small investment.  And it’s so fun to pull out that ornament each year and remember who gave it to you.

La Crema Chardonnay {$10-$15}

When all else fails, wine is usually a winner.  I don’t know much about wine, but I know I love this one, and most people I know do too.

Happy shopping!  Have you started yet?  I haven’t actually made any purchases, but I’m getting ideas.
