Donna started this company in an effort to share her passion for fabric with the world. She works with artisans from all over the world who still utilize pure and ancient techniques for dyeing and weaving fabrics. All decorative covers use natural dyes and are woven on handlooms. All embroidery is hand embroidered and all artisans are paid fair wages. Love the color and pattern!

Jennifer is a design consultant for Willow House,a company that offers unique items for your home that allow you to entertain, organize, and decorate with ease. I asked Jennifer to provide you a description of what they offer in case you’re not familiar with Willow House:
The products are unique to Willow House and stand the test of time. The are on trend, but not trendy and the quality is outstanding. Many of our products you will see similar versions in other catalogs or at Target, etc... for much more. We are an in-home based company at heart, but we are launching several new things in early 2011 to harnass the power of social communities/networking - specifically Willow House communities where you can go to get ideas on how to use your products via blog posts, pictures, videos, etc... also now with online shopping and our outlet you don't have to attend a party to shop.
Willow House can be on people's shopping lists just like Pottery Barn or Ballard, etc... when looking for ideas and things to buy. You can shop and buy at anytime in addition to hosting virtual parties or in-home parties (and if you do in-home design parties you can invite out of town people and have them order online as part of your party). As design consultants, it is our job to help people see the potential of the products and show them how to use them in their homes. One of my favorite things is to help people find a product that can really help them meet a decorating challenge or find something that is out of their comfort zone to begin witi and see how they embrace it - e.g. the glass domes/cloches! :)
You can also use Willowhouse Willow House for weddings, i.e. registry, showers, decor.
Jennifer started her blog because of starting Willow House and wanted a way to be able to get her ideas out while also sharing Willow House designs. You can visit Jennifer at her website, facebook page (to see new items that aren’t yet on the website), or blog. For more information, you can also email her.
Finally, Jennifer says: If someone were looking for a part time opportunity where they can set their own schedule and get to meet new people and talk about design on a regular basis, her blog and website have details about the opportunity. I was a big skeptic on the home based business for years, but so far I have really enjoyed it. I am not pushy about it at all, but if anyone were interested in finding out more, I would love to talk to them!

Happy New Year!
