When I come across really amazing spaces, I love to share them with you. Especially when they are created or designed by people I know and like! Amanda of
Amanda Carol Interiors is one of those women! She is so super sweet and genuine and I had the pleasure of meeting her face-to-face at our
blogger meet-up in May. I asked Amanda to share one of my favorite client projects she's done- an office makeover. I just love it!

I am so excited to be here today! Megan’s blog had me at “Closet”. I mean seriously have you ever seen such an amazing space?!
Megan asked that I share one of my recent client projects. My client is a professional photographer and has her office in her home. It happens to be the first room you see when you walk through the front door. She wanted a space that reflected her style, complemented the rest of her home, and was a place where she could bring her clients in for consultations.
Here is the space before:
Hardwoods replaced the carpet and the walls were painted
Restoration Hardware Silver Sage. We kept her glass top desk and had her Ikea chairs reupholstered to save on cost. The round table purchased from
Overstock is used for when her clients come in for consultations. The antique round back chairs are from Restoration Hardware. The printer and other hardware is concealed in the small accent chest from
Ballard Designs. We used the gray weathered console table to display photos and the clients antique camera collection. The antique window and distressed panels above the console were from local antique markets. This office is now both a place of beauty and functionality. My client claims its now her favorite room in the house. Which is one of the many reasons why I love what I do!!

Of course I can see why it's one of her favorite rooms- it's gorgeous! I love all the elements and how they all work together. So pretty!
