What is a Silhouette?
The Silhouette is a digital cutting tool that connects to your computer just like a printer, but instead of printing designs, it cuts them with a small blade. (You can print the designs too though)!
It comes with lots of shapes and cutout files, but you can also use fonts, shapes and logos from your computer to design your own cutouts. Or, you can purchase more shapes, letters and cutouts from the Silhouette online store and download them to your computer, like these:
What Can It Do?
With the Silhouette SD, you can create Scrapbook pages, Cards, Custom apparel, Vinyl décor, Etched glass, Sketch designs, Temporary tattoos, and Paper crafts.
